Terms
- CAT Security Systems P/L requires a 50% deposit of the value of work to be done on booking the job in. The remaining 50% payable to CAT Security Systems on the day of completion of the installation
- Hours of work requiring access to customers building are between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. This quotation is based on work being carried out between these hours.
- The work detailed in the quotation covers all nominated points. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the quotation meets with their and any third party needs any directions given to the CAT Security Systems Representative. All additional work required will be invoiced accordingly.
- CAT Security System reserves the right to cancel any contract entered into with the customer.
- The customer warrants that. The premises will be at all times a safe working environment and without limitation shall not involve asbestos or similar hazards or infectious or building diseases.
- Where the proposal includes the use of existing equipment, CAT Security Systems accepts no responsibility any warranties that remain in place for existing equipment, any warranties that remain in place shall be the responsibility of the customer. The existing equipment will be checked at the time of commissioning and if any upgrade is required, the customer will be provided with a quotation to cover the cost of rectification.
- All power points required for the system shall be the responsibility of the customer, if requested by the customer CAT Security Systems will provide an electrical contractor to install any additional power points at the customers expense.
- CAT Security Systems reserves the right to ownership of the equipment until final payment is received.
- Should the customer obtain a quotation, it will be available for acceptance for 30 days from date submitted; acceptance thereafter is subject to the right of CAT Security Systems to revise the terms quoted and the amount.
